Through American Express "Early On Sale" offers for select shows, you´ll be able to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

How do I purchase presale tickets?

Select the number of tickets and price (if applicable) you would like to buy for a show that has an American Express presale. Search for tickets and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed. The only accepted methods of payment are a valid American Express Card number or Membership Rewards points.

American Express Preferred Seating

American Express offers some of the best seats in the house to many Broadway shows through the Preferred Seating program, often in advance of public sale.

How do I purchase American Express Preferred Seating tickets?

Choose the "I want American Express Seating" button on the seat selection page of the event you wish to attend. In the password box, enter the 10-digit customer service number (without the "1" and dashes) or international promotional code on the back of your Card. Search for tickets and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed.

Who is eligible?

Preferred Seating is available to Card Members who have an American Express® Gold Card, Platinum Card®, Centurion® Card, Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card, Delta Reserve Credit Card from American Express, Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Business Credit Card, Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card from American Express, Corporate Platinum Card and the Executive Business Card, Business Gold Card, Business Platinum Card® and Business Centurion® Card from OPEN from American Express®, if issued by American Express Travel Related Services Company Inc., American Express Centurion Bank or American Express Bank, FSB.

To redeem an American Express Preferred Seating offer, Domestic Card Members, please enter the 10-digit Customer Service phone number located on the back of your Card when placing your order. International Card Members, please enter your promotional code.

How do I purchase American Express Seating tickets?

Choose the "I want American Express Seating" button on the seat selection page of the event you wish to attend. No password is needed to redeem, simply select "American Express Seating" when prompted. Search for tickets and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed.

Membership Rewards Program

The Membership Rewards program and Telecharge make it easier for you to see some of the Broadway´s greatest hits. You can use Membership Rewards points towards your ticket purchase.

How do I purchase tickets using Membership Rewards points?

Select the event you wish to attend and follow the usual steps to purchase your tickets. When you are promoted to select your payment method, look for the option "American Express Membership Rewards" option in the Credit Card Type drop down box. At this point your American Express Card will be charged for the total dollar amount of your ticket purchase. You'll get a confirmation email that includes the dollar amount American Express will credit your Card account.

Who is eligible?

  • To qualify, you must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards program.
  • You may have enough points to cover the entire cost of the transaction.
  • Your account must be in good standing.
  • Orders failing to qualify for using points will remain charged on the Card and are valid and subject to the venue´s and Telecharge´s no refund/no exchange policy.
  • Unsure of your Membership Rewards points balance? Please contact American Express at 1-800-297-3276.
  • Corporate Card Members with only the Corporate Card enrolled in the Membership Rewards program may not redeem for this reward.
  • Permitted returns of Ticketmaster redemptions that result in a credit on your Card account will result in a point deduction on your Membership Rewards program account. These points can be retrieved by calling the Membership Rewards program.
